Refunds & Exchanges: FAQ’s

Digital Products

Are digital product purchases refundable?
No, digital products (like eBooks, courses, and downloads) are final sale once purchased and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Since these items can’t be returned, we want you to be sure before buying.

What if I’m unhappy with my digital product?
We’d love to hear from you if you’re not satisfied! While we can't offer a refund, we want to make it right. Contact us directly, and we’ll resolve your issue. Plus, as a thank you for sharing your feedback, you’ll get early access to test out future digital products—and a $5 gift card to our shop!

Chargebacks:
If you initiate a chargeback for a digital product, we reserve the right to block access to the product and may charge you for any fees we incur.

Memberships

Can I get a refund for a membership or subscription?
Memberships and subscriptions are non-refundable. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge. After that, no refunds will be given unless there’s a technical issue on our end.

Printful Merchandise

What if I receive a damaged or defective product from Printful?
If your item is damaged or defective, let us know within 30 days with clear photos, and we’ll sort out a return or exchange for you.

Can I return non-defective merchandise?
We can’t accept returns for non-defective items (wrong size, color, etc.). Please double-check your order before completing your purchase to make sure everything is right.

Exchanges for non-defective items?
Printful doesn’t offer direct exchanges, so if you need a different size or style, you’ll need to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or our mistake, we’ll cover return shipping. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

Some things can’t be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Digital products (eBooks, downloads, etc.)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Worn or washed merchandise

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Buyer’s Remorse

Can I return something because I changed my mind?
Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse. If you realize you’ve ordered the wrong size or item, we suggest checking everything carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Return Process

If you received a damaged or defective item, please email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)

We’ll respond quickly with next steps. If eligible, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Shipping

Order Processing Time

We make everything just for you, so orders take about 2–7 business days to process. After that, we’ll ship it out! This doesn’t include shipping time, which depends on where you’re located.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

U.S. Shipping:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Tanks, etc.):
    Estimated delivery: 4–22 business days
    Cost: $4.69 per item, $2.20 for each additional item

  • Apparel (Hoodies, Sweatshirts, etc.):
    Estimated delivery: 5–30 business days
    Cost: $8.49 per item, $2.50 for each additional item

International Shipping:

  • Standard: 5–20 business days

  • Express: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates, and delays can happen (weather, carriers, etc.).

International Shipping & Customs Fees

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes, which are not covered by us. Please check with your local customs office for more info.

Shipping Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before your order is processed, but we can’t change it once the package is on its way.

Tracking Your Order
